TUINE SPORT KLUB

RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP

1. Membership

• Single membership is open to adults aged 18 years and over.
• Family membership comprises of 1 adults and their children under 18 years of age. All living at the same address.
• Prospective members must submit and complete an online Application form together with the appropriate fee. 
• Membership is at the discretion of Tuine Sport Klub Management. 
• Paid in full membership duration will be 12 months from your date of application. Monthly subscriptions by direct debit will continue till end of contract.        
• The monthly fees will be debited from your account.
• The monthly fees will be the same for 12 months.
• All adult main members must have their fingerprints registered on Tuine Sport Klub’s data base. (All members will enter the water park with his or their registered finger print).

 Membership is non-transferable and the fee is non-refundable.

• Membership fees are fixed for 12  months and any increases thereafter will be by one month’s notice.
• Tuine Sports Klub will close for a period of time annually to allow essential maintenance. Allowance for closure is reflected in the annual subscription fee.

                (Normally a few days in the winter of each year). a Notice               via SMS, WhatsApp or mail will be send out.

2. Members Conduct

• The facilities of Tuine Sport Klub are open to

                members at the times listed on the current published

                time tables. Tuine Sport Klub reserves the right to

                amend the opening times with all possible prior

                notice given to all users.

• Tuine Sport Klub has a No Smoking

                policy. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the

                buildings and grounds.

• No Cooler bags/box will be allowed on the sport field (Make use of Restaurant/Cash bar)
• No glass or glass bottles is allowed at Grizzlies Island
• Tuine Sport Klub Management reserve the right to

                refuse access to anyone suspected to be under the

                influence of drugs or other controlled substances.

• Patrons are required to wear clean and appropriate

                clothing and footwear for their chosen activity. (If in

                doubt please seek advice from a member of staff).

• Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied

                by a responsible adult.

                NB 1). The supervising adult must be a capable

                swimmer (If children are using the Water park or  

                swimming pool).

                NB 2). Any child deemed to be incapable of

                participating in their chosen activity safely will be

                requested to stop and their parent(s) contacted.

                NB 3). Any activity undertaken by any adult or child

                deemed to be unsafe by a staff member,

                will be stopped immediately.

• An adult may accompany a maximum of 2 children

                under 8 years of age.

• Members and their guests are advised not to

                undertake any activity for which they may be

                medically unfit. Tuine Sport Klub and its officials

                will not be in any way responsible for any harm

                which may have resulted to a Member or Guest from

                undertaking within any activity, which is deemed beyond

                their physical capability.

• Members are advised not to leave money or other

Valuables unattended.

• Members and their guests must obey the rules as laid

                down by Tuine Sport Klub for the use of individual

                facilities.

• At least one (1) member need to participate in one sport that is presented/offered at Tuine Sport Klub

3. Guests

• Members are permitted to invite 36 guests in a 12 months period to join them at Grizzlies Island. Booking is essential and must be done online.
• Members will be responsible and liable for ensuring their

                guests obey the Rules, Terms and Conditions of Tuine

                Sport Klub & Water Park.

• A current member must accompany all guests.

4. Termination of Membership

• Officials/Staff of Tuine Sport Klub & Water Park have

                the right to refuse entry, stop an activity, ban any

                patrons from participating in an activity or order

                from the premises anyone who is deemed to be in

                breach of these Rules, Terms and Conditions or for

                any other reason which may be deemed detrimental

                to patrons, guests, users, staff and/or the Klub as a

                whole. Membership will be revoked if in breach of these rules/conduct by Members or their Guests.

• Members wishing to terminate their Membership are

                requested to do so in writing to management (a notice of               one month is required). Note all membership is valid for 12

               months and cannot be cancelled within the contract period.

               Membership will automatically renew itself for the next year

               if the member does not send a letter to Tuine Sport Klub  

               management 1 (one) month prior to the current year of contract.

• Tuine Sport Klub Management reserves the right to

                terminate Membership at any time.

• Direct Debit payments: It is the responsibility of the

                 member to cancel their Direct Debit agreement with

                their bank at time of termination of membership.

If your debit order is returned unpaid for 2 consecutive months your membership will be suspended.

 

 

5. Disclaimer

                Tuine Sport Klub and its employees/coaches will not in

                anyway be liable for the loss or damage to the

                property or for personal injury to or death of any

                Member or guest, except to the extent that such loss,

                damage, personal injury or death arises from the

                willful act, neglect or default of Tuine Sport Klub,

                and or its official/staff or agents.
